In the mountains the weather changes very often. Dress your children warmly (trousers and ski jacket, pull over and warm under layer, gloves, sun glasses, hat, sun cream, tissues.
The helmet is strongly recommended
Rent some ski equipment
Buy a ski pass, which is not included in the price of the ski lesson (ask the cashier at the desk for the right ski pass). If you already have a card, you can just buy online and charge it without waiting in line.
Before the class
Be on time for the class.
The meeting point is at the TOP of the "Pré des Preys" ski cabin (green ski cabin). For the children who cannot be accompanied, ask from the ESF desk.
Classes for the children of 3 and 4 years old are possible in two places : at the top of the "Pré des Preys" ski cabin or at the "Colline des Bains" in the heart of Villard-de-Lans. Make sure you book at the right place.
Show your e-card to the instructor.
During the class
We understand that you would like to see the class but we strongly advise you not to follow your children, it disturbs them in their learning process.
The little ones have a break during the class so you may prepare a little snack and report any allergy to the instructor.
